Mr. Harivallabh Mundhra (Suman) - Chairman & Managing Director

He joined the business in 1975 at a tender age of 22, he had the privilege of working under seasoned businessmen like his Grandfather & father for a period of 4 years, after which he was, compelled to take over the entire business, due to the untimely death of his father. Mr. Suman Mundhra an astute businessman has taken the company from a Rupees 10 lakh, single location firm, to a Rupees 400+ Crore multi-state corporate. He has been ably assisted in this endeavour by his younger brother Mr. Shrivallabh Mundhra.

Mr. Shrivallabh Mundhra (Munna)- Joint Managing Director

He looks after the marketing of the company and has been in business for over 27 years. He has been greatly instrumental in the transformation of the firm to the corporate. He had started the process of growth in the company by opening the Vadodara & Pune branches in mid-nineties. He currently leads Infra Division of at the corporate and heads the overall sales function.

Interests: Singing, Swimming.

Mr. Brijnandan Mundhra - Chief Executive Officer

A Young & Dynamic postgraduate from University of Pittsburgh. Having completed his MBA in Operations and Finance, He joined the corporate in 2002, and under the able tutelage of his father & uncle, has given an impetus to the process of growth. Always a student, he has successfully completed several short terms focused courses from IIM Bangalore etc. His first business assignment, being the opening of a branch in Chennai, which under his guidance, reached a turnover of over Rs 25 crores in a two year period. He has since, successfully opened branches in several other locations. He has been given the responsibility as a CEO since August 2012 and has lead the corporate from the front.

Interests: "Distance Running - Why I enjoy it so much is that of course, your body needs training to handle a long run, but the real struggle when you add distance isn’t so much physical as mental. Distance running is about quieting your mind and falling into your pace, your stride and your breath. That’s why some people call it “meditation in motion”.

Mr. Mahendra Pallan - Finance, Admin and Legal Affairs

He has been with the corporate since 1979 and has been closely associated with the growth of the company, from a Rs. 30 lakh to multi-locational corporate today. He heads finance and Admin along with legal department. He also assists in new acquisition for the corporate. He travels widely and is responsible for the credit controls with the 6000+ customers and 75000+ invoices in a year.

Interests : Indian Music, Face reading & studying behavior pattern of human beings.

Mr. Vijay Nathani - Regional Manager

He is one of the pillars of Shree NM corporate, with his uncanny skills in marketing. He has spent over 25 years with the corporate, and today heads the Gujarat & Delhi Branches. He strongly believes in growth and has always looked out for new corporate customers. His connect within the Industry & Trade Segment in Gujarat is very strong. He has built a very strong and highly motivated sales force. A tech friendly manager, always on the look out to use of technology to assist the growth business in the region.

Mr. Manish Bhatt - All India Accounts Head

A versatile & young energetic National Manager having in-depth knowledge of his subject. He is with the Corporate from 1991, giving him an experience of 23 years. He is responsible for analysis of credit worthiness of new customer, the analysis for profitability of the company, asset products, and personnel areas. He is also responsible for maintaining control of expenses across the branches. This apart from ensuring that all the Central and state-wise statutory commitments of the corporate like balance sheet, profit and loss, TDS, other tax elements like sales tax, service tax etc. are adhered to timely and correctly in the Corporate & across all the branches.

Interests: Reading, Singing ,Playing all kind of Sports.

Mr. B. B Chakravorty - Regional Manager

Mr. B.B. Chakravorty is a senior member of the corporate who handles the technical products (non-cable) apart from looking after the Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh region. He has very wide experience in marketing of Crompton products, being a senior member of their Marketing & Sales team in his previous role. Apart from the above, he also evaluates all the new product areas as per corporate needs. He heads young team of skilled engineers trained to ensure that all the technical queries of the Shree NM customers for all the products are resolved to their satisfaction.

Mr. Sharad Damani - Regional Manager

A young man with a specialty of handling the trade segment of the corporate. He has grown with the corporate and is an invaluable member of the Core team, having joined the corporate in 1990. He has been responsible to add a large number of dealers and retailers and is now responsible for managing the dealer & retail network across Maharashtra. He has sharp analytical mind & is also responsible for strategic action plan to ensure and strengthen the dealer & Retail network. This apart, he is also responsible for business across Maharashtra, with branches in Pune, Aurangabad & Kolhapur. He additionally now also handles the sourcing for the corporate.

Mr. Sanjeev Bagri - Regional Manager

A senior manager of the corporate, he handles the end users in Mumbai and is also responsible for the branches in Orissa, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh & Goa. A widely travelled regional manager who strongly believes in highly motivated sales force. Loves to meets new customers. His analytical skills help in designing & planning marketing strategies.

Mr. Jayant Nair - Regional Manager

Mr. Jayant is a senior manager who has been with the company for over 22 years. He had started and developed the Pune Branch in his initial days and also created a strong base of customers in Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad & Nasik. He now heads the entire southern region, for the corporate which includes Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & now Telangana. He is very well versed with all the products marketed by the company. He has the ability to connect with & truly motivate a vibrant and dynamic sales team. A good marketing strategist, he has good connect with Industrial clients. Believes in growth and heads a highly motivated sales force.
